Owners should provide clear photos, captain notes, check-in/check-out records, repair quotes, invoices or marina reports. Claims should be submitted quickly after the trip and should explain what happened, the amount requested and why it relates to the renter booking. Admin may ask the renter to respond before making a final decision.
